Terms And Conditions 

Welcome! To ensure a smooth experience, we invite you to review our terms and conditions. Use of Slobber Chops Dog Walking will be deemed as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. 

An Enrolment form will be required giving full details of all pets using Slobber Chops Dog Walking services. Only upon completion will a commence date be issued. All information will be held securely.

Walks start at approximately 10am and 12.30pm. Pick up and drop off times will vary depending on the home locations of the dogs being walked, the location of our walks, traffic and weather conditions.

The 10am walk collection times will be approximately between 9:15am and 09:50am and drop off times will be approximately between 11:10pm and 11:50am.

The 12.30pm walk collection times will be approximately between 12:00pm and 1.00pm and drop off times will be approximately between 1:10pm and 2:45pm.  However, these times cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to change the times to either earlier or later. It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog is present and ready for collection on the day of their walk.

Dogs must be able to travel in our secure crates. Slobber Chops will ensure they travel with suitable fury friend. 

 

You agree to provide keys, remote control entry devices and access codes to the property that your dog resides at - but don’t worry,Slobber Chops Dog Walking store all keys safely.

During extreme weathers, Slobber Chops Dog Walking will reserve the rights to alter the times of walks or cancel any walks where appropriate. Drop in services will be provided to your home. Toilet break, games and enrichment will be provided.

Walks last no less than 1 hour, however, we will apply personal judgment and cut a walk short if necessary. This may occur if one of the dogs or a team are injured or falls ill or because of extreme weather

The law states that all dogs must wear an identity tag containing the owners details and be microchipped. Failure to do so may result in your dog not being walked. Collars or harnesses must be left at the door the dog will be collected from.

The client must agree to all regular treatment of fleas, tick and worms.

In the event of an emergancy Slobber Chops Dog Walking will contact the owner and/or, any additional listed emergency contact(s).  

​

In the event of illness or accident Slobber Chops Dog Walking will reserve the rights to contact the clients vet (or where appropriate) the nearest vet directly. The client will be responsible for any costs issued by the veterinary practice.

 

You agree that you are responsible for the cost of any necessary veterinary treatments whilst your dog is in the care of Slobber Chops Dog Walking.

There are two methods of booking walks:

 Weekly Rolling Bookings: These are repeat bookings where your dog is automatically booked onto the same walk(s) each week and your dog’s space(s) are guaranteed each week. Bookings are agreed with you initially and then no further action is required from you (unless you wish to change your rolling booking or need to cancel a booking).

  Ad-Hoc Bookings:  These are when you request a walk on a day that is not your usual walk day.  Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate ad-hoc bookings as it will depend on what spaces are available – but we will always try.

​

Cancellations which give less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge of service. 

Weekend and Bank Holiday services will incur an additional charge.

​

Full payment will be required by the Friday of each week that the walks have been undertaken. Payment should be via bank transfer.

Slobber Chops Dog walking reserves the right to refuse to walk bitches in season, if an alternative solo walk cannot be arranged. 

​

The client must inform Slobber Chops Dog Walking of any aggressive behaviours that a dog(s) may display. 

​

Slobber Chops Dog walking will not continue walking any dog(s), as part of a group walk, which displays aggression to any other dog(s). Equally if any aggression is directed towards any members of Slobber Chops Dog Walking team members, refusal of services may occur.

Slobber Chops Dog Walking will care for your dog as if they are our own by making every effort to ensure your dog is excellently looked after our. However, Slobber Chops Dog Walking cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death of your dog whilst in our care.

​

It is important that we understand your dog as much as we can possible do so, Please be honest and provide as much information as possible. Include any special requirements, behavioural issues, typical energy levels, love of squirrels, recall habits, any aversion to other dogs/ breeds, allergies etc.  It remains the clients responsibility to keep Slobber Chops Dog Walking, updated about your dog and any changes to their behaviour.

If you require Slobber Chops Dog Walking  to feed or administer pills to your pet on return from their walk, please notify of this as soon as possible.  Please leave the necessary food and medication out with clear instructions.
